I’m still on my 28 “CRT TV Which is one of THESE fat huge TV’s. Got it for free and still use it. Samsung is hoping for me to go out and buy one of their new LCD TV’s but that is not going to happen because like 2 months later a new one is going to come out.
We Americans can not develop thin tvs like that.
how much for sale or has been not that set yet?
@ Musubi69 Yeah, have U seen the UHD TV’s. . . they’re insane!
So what. . . . Damn . . you JUST by something new and then six months later they come out with something even “better” and “more advanced. It’s getting ridiculous, its stupid…
SO MUCH TALKING BUT WHERE’S THE subjet TALKING OF THIS? Ah yes, 7 seconds of it !!!!!
2 min video. . . showed the actual tv for about 7 seconds
Wow that’s thin
If this brings down the prices for 50 “lcd screens make them! I do not really need a thin tv this.
haha the thumbnail link made me think theyd started some mechanical pencil venture
it doesn’t convert 2d 3d, that happens in a separate box u can buy for € 30 000, – Which is meant for television companies. . . and its not perfect but stacked 3d cutouts, like an advanced automated version of photoshop’s content-aware tool i figure. have not seen a demo like the author, have read the specs unlike the author
its not really 3d, its high refresh, people who are into computers have been using LCD shutter glasses since the mid 90s and they are even older than that, i had a pair in 96 and bought another in 02 (for about 50 bucks on ebay ). with a high refresh rate it alternates images on the screen and turns on and off each eye in sync with the images, and if you monitor has 120hz refresh, you get 60hz per eye, minimum for flicker free. newer screens can do 200 + hz refresh Allowing for very clear 3d.
@ Bleachhidalgo159 samsung are gonna make a 42 inch OLED TV in 2011, probably be really expensive though, like lol £ 2,000,000
i want 32 inches oled
TOMUCH FKN TALKING ONLY A COUPLE OF SECS OF SHOWING THEM THE TV> WOW
who sold their soul to Lucifer?
@ Pilkingtube I guess so, they must have also dropped an elastic protection case that will make the tv bounce when.

@ Jayrellz Oh he forgot to mention they have multi-spatial force fields: P
@ TweakPro Space IS an issue when it comes to transport you know.
@ ITehTunePawd indeed, LCD’s backlights often benefit from a certain thickness, Samsung puts the backlight always on the side of the display instead of spreading it over the whole surface which isn’t the best backlight technology, the thing just keeps thin. and btw, samsung is the one, talking proudly about upcoming OLED models since 2005, but we havent seen a single one yet!
So? OLED’s are as thin as paper.
Hmmm. . . sounds a wallet leech lime
woot go korea ftw!
this tv is now available today, just became available at best buy for 7000 wow, I’d be crazy to pay that price, I say every one to say no to this price and force Samsung to lower the price, do not buy samsung products at all, who’s with me ?????????????? lol
