This is a demonstration of a wireless backhaul system operating in the UHF band (TV whitespace). It detects and avoid digital TV services and interference to ensure that the backhaul link is as robust as possible. The over-the-air demonstration used a wireless test licence from Comreg to operate in the upper part of the 700MHz band in Limerick, Ireland.
