   @ LoX2k7French rap is much more present. In Germany Deutschrap videos are not even on television. In France, Hip Hop just developed completely differently. French rap is for the most part, Disco compatible. And yes, France is much more hip hop than in Germany legally purchased. There are several reasons for the deaths of Deutschrap. One is the illegal downloading. Another, is that Deutschrap has not developed.
