Not all the analog channels are left open due to low power stations capable of using analog because of the cost of DTV stations. The reason was forced everyone, DTV is turned on, to make room for other communications öffnen.Ich think this is legal only if you did not broadcast a certain distance and not to hinder or trouble ; Ren someone else’s signal. So yes, the FCC still in control of all analog channels and as I have already said they have plans for these channels.

Does anyone own the airwaves? Especially if it isn’t even more use it? Pirates or not, who cares?

  15. 15 skinVISIBLE on March 2, 2011 10:28 pm

The bandwidth is reserved not by the TV stations, so you really do not steal bandwidth or as a “pirate”. They must be used temporarily, and nothing is wrong!

@ Krisdamaan Its only a pirate station if you steal bandwidth. Pirate is criminal in nature, therefore we must, we are participating activities that may be criminal look. If not a victim, then its not criminal.

However, there are certain rules associated with govt for commercial activities for tax purposes and such control. In most cases, but govt has no jurisdiction in the private sector. However, I believe that if you transfer, so that everyone entitled to receive any more private, and it would be in the public, the doors ö be taken into account opened for the BIG BROTHER!

  21. 21 spanishcoco on March 3, 2011 12:53 am

The question should be, it is lawful. Just because something is legal or illegal, does not mean its legal or illegal. When it comes to the legality, we are doing in a commercial society aspect of things. We as men / women in the form of life has nothing to do with the legality of things. We live under the law. We are free to do as we do, as long as it is not on the rights of others, violate the same please do.
