   Yes, but I think that was adopted in addition to the terrestrial digital TV standard in Venezuela must be approved for mobile TV.

   The standard-Japan-Brazil, can be here in Brazil we have a digital TV on mobile phones (mobile phone) is the same level as in Japan, and best of all is that we are not sure have to pay.
