   I DON´T RECOMMEND THIS CRAPY EXTERNAL HD, THE FILE TRANSFER IS A JOKE (450 kB/S) I´VE GOT THE 1,5 TB MYBOOK WD, AND IT´S A PREVIEW FROM HELL BACK UP LARGE FILES.

   @ Magas263Wenn for portability and you dont intake away from home, then iMac. . . IMac but only 1 wire and a screen o its right to portable power supply only. . . But the iMac is much stronger for games ect ect

   I paid $ 200 for my Western Digital My Book. A few months later the blue light went out. This means that no power was coming to the machine. I unplugged the cable from the wall and out of the machine. did I then plugged this many times. Each plays when blue light flashed once but not stay on. The machine is now useless. My files were supported in it. I wonder if, instead of the cable to do it or is there another way to fix it. Hope someone can give me a suggestion.

   Someone bought the Western Digital My Book external hard drive for me. After a few months, the blue light went out. I tried to disconnect the cable from the wall and out of the machine. be plugged in again. Many tried. The blue light flashed only once, but do not go on. The machine is now useless. I do not think it can be established. I backed up my files in it. Now inaccessible.

   this thing is the same as WiFi or WLAN, is cause I hope to link it on my wii, so I can have internet connection

    My Book is the worst / I died after 1 year. 500 GB. I have a LaCie hard drive cost me more, but I’ve never had any problems with it ever. I would lknown get something too cheap. Stop being cheap when it comes to backup ur stuff. I’ve learned my lesson. Now I must and will be out by something going that works.

    I can not figure out how to get around the dumbware. Can this be used as a storage device. . . . I get in and out like you are a LaCie?

    my passport is much more better in fact you can buy 500GB My Passport is much more slender and smaller.

    Dude you dribve a terabyte hard drive? Wal-Mart has the essential MyBook external hard drive. The TB model is a hundred dollars. I picked one on today

    I ordered a 1.5 TB. It would be fantastic if it 1.64 TB (+140 GB like yours) had. I will wait to see easily.

    All of this stuff is really easy and I’m not a genius Tech: Mac you just plug it, and he recognizes it immediately. The good thing about hooking up to it does install all the annoying “Memeo Auto Sync software that really annoying ist.Pc-as easy, but it installs the software annoying
